My primary contributions to this project were creating the Design System and the Curator workflow. 

I started work on creating the design system right away (below images). I created the core components and began standardizing design elements like the typography library and color system. Then I got to work on updating the mockups from the previous designer so they were in alignment with the updated design system. 

I spent the most time on the “Curator” pathway of this application. The Curator works on the back end to create the role pathways for the internal employee to choose from on their career tracking journey. I spent time thinking about what they would need to complete their tasks and how they might complete them. I created the breadcrumbs to be the main navigation so the Curator would be clear on where they are in the workflow (images above bottom left). 

As the Curator adds each element of the Role, they are saved in the Revision Summary table that stays visible throughout the workflow (image above right). This summary table lets the Curator know where they are in the process and what needs to be done or corrected before they can publish the complete profile.
