Designer Snapshot
I’m a UX Designer who brings energy and craft to every project. My experience ranges from shipping 85+ features for United Airlines - work that was featured on the 2024 Figma Config stage – to creating complex Figma systems for Microsoft’s design teams, to designing stadium banners for UCLA.
My portfolio spans healthcare, travel, energy, legal, and finance - variety fuels my curiosity and keeps my work sharp.

I worked as a Product Designer on United Airlines’ Navigator product. I led the design on a net new advanced pricing model which comprised of 22 features. I managed multiple workstreams within the Navigator product line, partnering with three UX Researchers, five UX Designers, Development, and PO teams to ship 85+ features.
Working within this ecosystem required speed, clarity, and tight cross‑functional alignment. I shaped workflows, rethought legacy patterns, and designed solutions that helped agents work faster and more confidently - ultimately improving the customer experience on the other end.

I served as Lead Designer in Microsoft’s Digital Design Studio, driving the Reimagine Templatization Project.
I led end‑to‑end design strategy, partnered with design leads and production teams to streamline workflows, improved consistency, and built flexible component structures that supported a global design ecosystem.
In addition to the core project work, I also mentored two Production Designers, helping strengthen their systems thinking and confidence in Figma.

After inheriting the design work, I have shaped the product into a clear, friendly, and genuinely useful companion for managing eye care. Users can easily view their benefits, find doctors, track claims, and access digital ID cards - without digging through paperwork or navigating confusing menus.
I have streamlined complex insurance information into intuitive flows, introduce a more approachable visual language, and design features that help users make confident decisions about their eye health.

The AgentDash mobile application guided Realty Agents to create connections with new clients, claim referrals in their area, and manage their business pipeline.Â
Contributions to the Design System, accessibility updates, and resolving a invoice malfunction.Â
This is an enterprise desktop product used to track career pathways. My primary contributions were in formalizing the design system, Information architecture, and creating the "Curator" workflow.Â
I've had the opportunity to work with over 50 clients in my tenure at TEKsystems Global Services. The projects I've been able to work on have a wide range of scopes, timelines, collaborations, problems solved, and countless lessons learned.Â
The most impactful things I have learned in my time as a PM are how to listen to people and that there are a multitude of creative ways to dissect and solve a problem. I know how to build teams and coordinate resources they need to get their jobs done well and on time. I will dig into something until I've got it figured out, and am not afraid to ask for help when I need advice.
One of the biggest honors of my time as a PM was the opportunity to mentor fellow teammates and be the go-to resource for our team.Â
This is a small selection of the awesome clients I've had the pleasure to work with as a Project Manager:

Teacher Retirement System of Texas
as well as 40 others!Â
Skills I've picked up as a PM: interviewing techniques, emotional intelligence, empathy, scope discovery, schedule building & execution, requirements gathering, backlog refinement, creative problem solving, people management, agile team coordination, cross-team collaboration, financial & risk management, and effectively driving change.Â
