My background is in the Fine Arts, I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Lithography Printmaking. Yes, old school printing press printmaking! I graduated in a small town in IL with all of my big Artist Dreams where the market for a litho printmaker was nonexistent, so I joined a Customer Service team at an IT Staffing Company to keep my lights on. Since then, I've built a career I didn't plan on, but I am very proud of. I’ve had the opportunity to move into several roles in my tenure - with a solid background in customer experience and project management.

The most impactful things I have learned in my time as a PM are how to listen to people and that there are a multitude of creative ways to dissect and solve a problem. I know how to build teams and coordinate resources they need to get their jobs done well and on time. I will dig into something until I've got it figured out, and am not afraid to ask for help when I need advice.
One of the biggest honors of my time as a PM was the opportunity to mentor fellow teammates and be the go-to resource for our team.
This is a small selection of the awesome clients I've had the pleasure to work with as a Project Manager:
